The Challenge

Flowers.ie by Justyne Flowers is Ireland’s largest florist with 7 stores around Dublin and a leading presence through www.flowers.ie. The challenge was the full integration of the POS, CRM, Accounting and Website systems. This needed an end to end system to integrate all their systems from Web based ordering, stock control, dispatch and customer services. Flowers.ie turned to their trusted Sage partner; Enclave Technologies for a solution.

Solution

Enclave undertook a business review and set out a road map to achieve each goal in the path to a fully integrated system.

The chosen core of the business solution provided was Sage CRM and Sage 50 suite which is ideal for organisations that need a solution that can be customised to fit their exact requirements bringing business processes together integrating the Website (www.flowers.ie) warehouse, dispatch and customer service.

Enclave developed a bespoke order system which is used in the Flowers.ie call centre in Sandyford Dublin which links directly to the Sage CRM and Line 50 System. There was also the development of an additional “plug in” to take orders directly from Flowers.ie web site www.flowers.ie This plug in fully automates the process of pulling an order from the website into Sage CRM and then into the custom order system.
