Enclave People
The ongoing relationship structure is one of the most important aspects of Enclave Technologies success in delivering support.
Enclave is viewed as the internal IT department within our customer’s operations, and we aim to adopt the structure an internal department would have in place. Enclave assigns three people consisting of two engineers and a relationship manager, to all customers.
Relationship Manager
An Enclave Relationship Manager has the overall responsibility for service delivery and provides a focal point for driving change and building confidence in your IT infrastructure and can deliver:
- IT Strategy advice and pro-active recommendations on technologies that can lower costs, increase productivity or gain a competitive advantage through technology
- Communicate progress / schedule / completion / problems / follow-up
- Set user expectations through quality of service
- Third party vendor management and procurement advice when needed.
Network Engineer
The role of the Network Engineer is to fix any problems and respond to requests from customers. For example, the Network Engineer can solve typical problems such as adding new users to the network, unblocking print queues and backing up data.
