Enclave Helpdesk

Enclave sets up a full site connection to our customers to enable complete access to all workstations. Typical user problems include:

  • Adding or deleting new users
  • Unblocking printer queues
  • Reinstalling print drivers or MS Office
  • Moving data to an archive

Users are given an internal extension and internal email address, both of which are forwarded to the Enclave’s helpdesk. The Enclave helpdesk operates from 8.00-18:00 Monday to Friday.

Enclave Network Support

  • Network is monitored 24/7 including all aspects of the server, firewall and switching support
  • Administration such as new users, password changes etc. as well as data backups.
  • External security and any links to other sites
  • 3rd party vendor management for printers, phones etc.
