ClickandGo.com is an Irish web based holiday company established in 2010. The company is a travel company for the 21st Century and is the official holidays partner for Aer Lingus under the Holidays with Aer Lingus brand. It has carried out extensive research to understand how holiday patterns have changed and to find out what customers want from a holiday company. Click and Go has implemented a dynamic private cloud infrastructure to support its TravelSmart and Galileo systems and deliver improved services to customers in new offices in Talbot Street.

Enclave Technologies designed a solution to address the company’s remote working capability by separating and migrating the existing IT resources to an infrastructure comprising four HP virtualised servers, Microsoft server 2012, storage and a new network.
Enclave Technologies, ClickandGo’s services provider designed a solution that would address all the company’s requirements and provide them with a future proofed solution that would improve the connectivity of employees while out of the office, which in turn improves customer experience for its members. Enclave separated and migrated their existing IT infrastructure to the new infrastructure which comprises four HP virtualised servers, Microsoft server 2012, storage and a new network. Enclave, a Microsoft Silver Partner, migrated ClickandGo to the cloud based Microsoft Office 365 with email setup for mobile devices. The solution also includes ClickandGo’s bespoke TravelSmart system and Galileo reservation system which can also be accessed by remote workers.
Enclave implemented StorageCraft to reduce business risk, deliver high availability and be better prepared for disaster recovery.

Enclave implemented a managed services solution which provides a fully outsourced IT department, end to end support for users, a portal with real time information and analysis of the ClickandGo network. The managed services solution also included consultancy around relocating.
